Creative Project Manager
Previous Work Experience: After interning at Ruder Finn Design I was hired as Assistant Studio Manager and then promoted to Studio Manager. Over my eight years there, I coordinated the studio, production and design staff and kept things rolling on a day-to-day basis. In addition, I had a large role in developing new business presentations for the Creative and PR teams in Ruder Finn offices worldwide. It was during these experiences that I learned the nuts and bolts of the business.
Over the last few years I was part of the team that developed new corporate branding for Novartis, which included everything from style guides, templates, collateral, advertising and global communication tools. I negotiated contracts with photographers for a worldwide photo shoot and managed the Image World from concept to launch.
I had the unique opportunity to work directly with David Finn, well known photographer and founder of Ruder Finn, as project manager of his eight volume Life of a Photographer book series coordinating the thousands of photos and files.
I come to 'nition with great excitement for the projects, the people and new challenges ahead.
Education: I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design. I am currently taking classes at NYU in the Hospitality and Event Planning Industry towards the Certificate in Hospitality.
Specialties/Skills: I consider myself multi-task and goal oriented; highly organized and productive; creative, innovative, while still being flexible and personable.
Personal Interests: I love to travel - especially any place with warm sun and a Piña Colada - as often as possible. I dabble in the event planning world and keep in touch with my creative side by designing custom invitations and stationery.
